Get Ready for Our Summer Artist Block Party!

Summer is almost here and we’re gearing up for our second annual Summer Artist Block Party, on Saturday, June 27th from 10:00-4:00 pm. This event will be nearly double in size from last year to help bring even more artists to the spotlight.

Those who visit will have the chance discover the talents of over 20 local working artists, as well as the galleries and spaces that support their work. (We’ve listed them at the bottom of this post so you can see who is coming!) Most artists will be demonstrating their skills, so you can see the process behind the product. Artists will also be selling their work, so come prepared to find that next perfect statement piece for your home’s walls.

Carden is also planning some fun surprises this year for visitors, including a community canvas that all can help create and a “hide-and-seek” for hidden prizes. We’ll also feature some awesome art supply sales that day, so make sure you stop inside the store after you walk through all the artist tents outside.

For the cherry topper to this event, Social Grazer will be out in the parking lot selling their delicious food all day. If you love foods made with infused oils, and cheese, meats, and pickled products found on charcuterie boards, this will be your kind of grub!
